Happy with my purchase I recently purchased a 2015 jeep patriot from Chrysler dodge jeep and ram in coon rapids. The people there are very nice and pleasant to work with. I I recently purchased a 2015 jeep patriot from Chrysler dodge jeep and ram in coon rapids. The people there are very nice and pleasant to work with. I was helped by Ahmed Albouali, he was very nice helpful and very honest. I am extremely happy with my purchase. My only complaint about the dealership is that they apparently "lost" my second set of keys when I had them repair hail damage before taking the jeep home after I purchased it. I was told if they couldnt find the key in a week they would make me a new key free of charge. Well I was told they could not find the second key after a week and I would need to come to the dealership (1 hour round trip) to have my key copied. I set up an appointment for 2 weeks later. I bought it into the dealership to have them copy my key. I was told to wait in the waiting room while they made a copy, 30 minutes later they come out tell me that the key they had lost had "just been brought in" and didn't need to make a key. I was a bit annoyed with the whole run around. Other than that, I'd buy from them again. More

Exceptional service from bottom to top The Coon Rapids staff were exceptional - service, desk, parts, sales, and finance. I initially brought an old car in for service and the service rep. The Coon Rapids staff were exceptional - service, desk, parts, sales, and finance. I initially brought an old car in for service and the service rep., odd Bean couldn't have been more helpful. I ended up talking to a sales person, Ahmed Albouali, who was as professional as they come. I ended up buying a new car, and met with financial advisor, Drew Albrecht, who was provided advice that was very informative. Last of all, I had to order some extra items from Jerry Johnson in the Parts Department - he went way out of his way to accommodate all of my requests.
