Car Buying Service - Worked! I used USAA's car buying service to help me find a new Wrangler. I had my heart set on a 2016 75th Anniversary, but with a caveat - I wanted... no I I used USAA's car buying service to help me find a new Wrangler. I had my heart set on a 2016 75th Anniversary, but with a caveat - I wanted... no I NEEDED... a manual transmission. Finding a manual transmission in any car these days is like finding a needle in a haystack. But finding a 75th Anniversary Wrangler, in a color I'd actually drive was impossible. USAA connected me with three dealers. One dealer didn't even get back to me. The second dealer first sent me a quote on a Grand Cherokee, and when I asked for a Wrangler quote, he told me that he could only get a non-75th with an automatic. Greg Richter, however, was different. He called me, spoke with me about what I wanted, and then said: "You know, we could order this." So we did. And this week I took delivery of an amazing 2016 75th Anniversary Wrangler, with a dual top, nav system, and.... wait for it... a manual transmission. Yes, I got EXACTLY the Wrangler I wanted, and I love it. Greg's ability to really understand my needs and make an effort to get me what I wanted was amazing. He made the entire process seamless, and he was a joy to work with. I can't recommend him (and Coon Rapids Chrysler Dodge) enough. Thanks, Greg! I love my "midlife crisis car." More
