Lacking intergity My wife and I had a poor experience purchasing our new vehicle. One day after our purchase the vehicle ended up being repaired and two days later it w My wife and I had a poor experience purchasing our new vehicle. One day after our purchase the vehicle ended up being repaired and two days later it was returned with the same problems. After explaining to our sales team that we were not happy with the vehicle sold to us, we were told to bring it back in to exchange for a new vehicle. I brought the Durango back in to exchange it and found the sales manager, AJ, had no interest in following through with our agreement. Instead he suggested we leave it for two more days and let them fix that which had already been "fixed". I would not recommend Coon Rapids Dodge if you value integrity in your business relationships. More
