I found Keith informative, friendly and funny. I ended up chosing the car and we quickly went through the process. I found all the employees I dealt with that day to have the same level of customer service that Keith showed when we first step through the door. My brother and sister-in-law were with me during the test drive/buying process and they have indicated they would contact Keith when they were ready to purchase/lease there next car. I actually followed a previous contact, Carolyn Hagen, from another dealer to here - She had helped us with my wife's car, and when it was finally time to upgrade we found out where she was and opted to check there. I was blown away at how welcoming the dealership floor was, at the care put into their used car program and the extensive warranty that comes with them. When I contacted Carolyn I gave her an idea what I was looking for, style and price wise, and she worked with their financing department to get a short list of inventory that would work, and within 20 minutes of arriving on site I was test driving exactly the kind of car I wanted. Worked with Mike - First time I've ever liked an auto dealer Generally, going to buy a vehicle, I have found the dealers to be quite pushy. It irritates the heck out of me and I hate vehicle huting. Mike was not pushy, but very helpful, found me all of the information I needed. He was also okay when I switched vehicle preferences three times, along with having to deal with two kids, one of which was potty training.... and he was patient while I switched car seats over to test drive. Despite all the hoops and hurdles that comes with vehicle hunting with kids, at the end of the day I was very happy with what we ended up with. Mike layed out multiple potential financing scenarios for us to work with and we were very happpy that he was willing to spend as much time as he did finding all of the options for us. I will definitely be coming back to this dealership, and this particular dealer for all future needs. More
