I am happy to say that was not my experience that day. When the sales man started walking up to me, I was ready for the pressure talk but he was not that way at all. I worked with Arland Breyer and his approach was to show me what he had available, let me drive them and then give me time to think about it and make my decision. I left the dealership for about an hour and came back and purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee and I absolutely love it! Arland took the time to help me set up my phone and gave me the basics about the vehicle before I left the lot which was very nice of him as I know Saturday's are busy days at the dealership. I have already told a couple friends to go see Arland! More
