Prior to going to Coon Rapids Chrysler I test drove and priced the Jeep at 3 other dealerships. I then called Jenn to see if she could match the best price i had received and throw in the Nav and Back up camera in for free. She said they could get it done and would have the car monday. It was such a smooth negotitating process, easy to get the best financing and get the car fast. I definitely recommend Coon Rapids Chrysler. It was a much more honest and straight forward process than Luther Brookdale or Walser Hopkins or Bloomington Chrysler. More

Jim was able to get the car and color I wanted the next day as he knew we had "lost" our other car. He stayed late that night so he could give us a lesson on the features of our new car. When the Dodge offers hit the right amount, Jim game me a heads up. I ordered my car! Delivery was 6-8 weeks from my order. It did take the full 8 weeks, but Jim was checking the status of the car regularly and kept me informed. As soon as that car hit the state he got it to the dealership. I LOVE my new car!!! My husband and I have bought a number of cars over the years and the last couple have been from Jim Richter...no need to ask for anyone else. He'll take care of you.
