She introduced me to Joe who helped answer all my questions. Joe was great to work with. He got me pricing from parts, explained all my options, and even went over the tread wear rating. He also told me about their free tire rotation program and how they fill the tires with nitrogen when purchased at the dealership. I really like that! When the Dodge offers hit the right amount, Jim game me a heads up. I ordered my car! Delivery was 6-8 weeks from my order. It did take the full 8 weeks, but Jim was checking the status of the car regularly and kept me informed. As soon as that car hit the state he got it to the dealership. I LOVE my new car!!! Our VW Routan had just hit 100k miles and was making us nervous that something big was going to go out in it. We were greeted out on the sales lot by Carolyn. She was very nice and was quick to show us inside the Town & Country we were nosing at. What I loved is she addressed me, the wife/mom; instead of my husband. Usually at the dealerships, the salesperson is fast to talk to my husband and will only address me when I ask a question. Through the whole experience, I was number one. I don't know if my husband liked it, but too bad for him! When Carolyn saw the T&C we were looking at didn't have all the features I wanted, she took us over to the new models. We test drove a 2014 and were in love. By the time we got back, the appraisal had been done on our trade and she had a handful of paperwork ready to go. She was very thorough in explaining all the warranties and optional buys, and if she didn't know something, she found an answer as fast as she could. I had to return to the dealership today to pick up some items that we weren't able to get to because the parts department was closed by the time we had signed everything, and she was right there waiting for me, with everything ready to go. She has even set up an appointment for me to have the hitch and mud flaps installed! She made the whole process very easy and I left there feeling like we made a good decision. I think what really won me over with her is that she was completely fine with our 3 kids being there. They are 4, 1, and under 3 months. She had no problems with them making messes on and under her desk, stopping because of someone running off, and (what I appreciate more than anything) she had absolutely no problem with me breastfeeding the baby while we talked. Her attitude towards my kids alone would bring me back in a heartbeat! Drew in finance was also great. He talked to us like adults, where some finance specialists treat you like a small child, and didn't get mad when I misread a receipt and asked for clarification on a few of the numbers. He was also great with our little monkeys. If you need to buy a car, want a thorough experience with little to no pressure, and you have crazy kids like we do, I highly recommend you go visit Carolyn, and if you want someone laid back and happy to help with financing, ask for Drew!!
