I bought a 2024 grand highlander, the sales person was very helpful, 6 days later my wife had to bring the vehicle back to the dealer for the inspection sticker, the low pressure tire light was on, she to very helpful, 6 days later my wife had to bring the vehicle back to the dealer for the inspection sticker, the low pressure tire light was on, she told the service technician at the service department to please check it out, she had to wait over 3 hours just for the inspection sticker!! And no one did anything about the pressure light, they weren’t polite, helpful, never mind friendly, that department needs to get better! In 2016 I bought from the dealer a toyota sienna and also had a bad experience with the service department!!!! More
