I have been visiting the Coral Springs Buick GMC since 2016, and what keeps me coming back is the excellence in customer service. For a while, I debated whether to purchase another vehicle. However, when I recently decided, the sales staff (Pierre Jean-Baptiste) and his supervisor (Kevon Logie) went above and beyond to ensure I received the vehicle I desired, helped me problem-solve when there was a delay with the bank payment, verified the rebate through ID.me, etc. For me, it was the level of patience, care, and understanding that made me leave with a purchase, of course, and reminded me of the experience and feelings of when I purchased my very first GMC. For context, it took me almost an entire week to buy the vehicle, not because of their failures, but because I wanted to make sure my son received my current GMC as his first GMC. Costco auto-buying and my bank suggested other dealer locations. Still, I was adamant about going anywhere else but this location, because I always leave feeling like a VIP because of the service. While I am giving out accolades, I definitely want to recognize the service department. I would not keep buying GMC if it were not for its impeccable service. I wish to acknowledge and thank Luis, who has had to put up with my demands, gripes, and frustrations since 2016, but has made sure my vehicle keeps running, even when I drove it from Florida to Virginia. I also want to thank Alex ~ I call him my after our mechanic with sooo much patience and understanding, that helps me all the time before closing with a flat, some diagnostic issue that comes.... I cannot thank Coral Springs Buick GMC enough for embracing me every time I show up as a VIP, and I will forever tell my friends to go there to get their vehicles. More

The service department is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever encountered in 40 years. Each visit is met with incompetence and bad workmanship for example, today I came in for a recall the part was ord I’ve ever encountered in 40 years. Each visit is met with incompetence and bad workmanship for example, today I came in for a recall the part was ordered weeks ago, and I was called to come in because the part had arrived when I attended today for the appointment they cannot find the part and I left again dissatisfied. Last visit I had a battery installed and had repeated warning lights after the installation that they have not yet fixed or cleared last year. I had a problem with the wind noise that they could not diagnose or fix which was obvious and irritating. I regret buying a car from this dealership because the service is horrible. More
