If I could leave a zero review for SERVICE DEPARTMENT, that would be accurate. Made a 9am appointment three days in advance to evaluate an surging/possible transmission problem. By 5pm, the car had not been touched! No analysis! Why make an appointment if you are not going to at least look at the car. Never had this type of service ever. Went to Aamco, got immediate service. Their sales department may be ok, but their service department is terrible!! Three thunbs down!!!!!! More
