Not sure why they bother making appiontments if you're going to be there 2+ hours for a simple oil change. Also, asked them to look at the front end of a 2024 Serria with 15k miles on it because it makes going to be there 2+ hours for a simple oil change. They responded that I would hav eto leave truck for 2-3 days before someone can look at it. Maybe they are short staffed? More
