Will never do business with this dealership again. Had appointment for oil change and when I arrived was told at least 2 hour or more wait. Went right to Grieco Chevrolet in Lauderhill without an appointment and they had my oil change & tires rotated within an hour of my arrival and out the door! Will never return to Coral Springs Buick again which is sad since I have leased & bought numerous vehicles from them over the past 20 years. More

This Service Center for GMC/Buick is one of the worst locally. Their management fails to care and speaks to a woman in derogatory and inflammatory ways. Took our truck in for warranty service and locally. Their management fails to care and speaks to a woman in derogatory and inflammatory ways. Took our truck in for warranty service and had to deal with a disgusting Service Manager that fabricated a story to decline part of a warranty repair. Had he simply listened, asked questions, and requested verification he would have easily been provided with all proof needed to assure he made the error. Nope … he chose to continue on path of decline even after GM (owner of brand) agreed to settle issue outside of mediation once presented with the proof also offered to dealership. This same group in Service also failed to order a separate part for warranty replacement properly causing a four week delay in repair. Even when proof that part finally arrived they declined it being received until they found it was in techs possession. The manufacturer had tracked it and still was another battle. They simply do not care and fail to offer any true client service. Nothing has changed from that past when we purchased s new unit from this business and found their service department lacked any backbone to assist. Warranty based repairs are not their specialty indeed, likely as they don’t pay enough to help increase commissions. Consider options and expect delay when working with Coral Springs Automall GMC service. More
