The idea that this dealership carries a 4.8 rating makes me suspect the reviews are made up. This is especially true after my recent experience with the service department. From the moment I walked in they me suspect the reviews are made up. This is especially true after my recent experience with the service department. From the moment I walked in they tried to want to sell me service items that were not related to the problem I was having with the car. I kept explaining that I was not there for routine maintenance or to replace my perfectly good battery with another one. I could not convince the service manager to take the car to a mechanic to get an actual estimate on repairing the problem I was having. Eventually I had to give up and take the car to a different dealership. Very frustrating and disappointing. I wonder how many of you paid for batteries or other items you didn’t need before the service manager would let the mechanic evaluate what was really wrong. More
