My son called this past weekend to see if any Civic Si models were available for a test drive as he was considering this model but had not yet physically seen or driven one. I believe it was Ibrahim or A models were available for a test drive as he was considering this model but had not yet physically seen or driven one. I believe it was Ibrahim or Abraham (the internet salesperson) who told him that there were 3-4 available as we had seen when checking the inventory. He was asked if he could come over right away but he explained that we could go over in about an hour as we are about 45 mins away from the dealership, so we headed over. Upon arrival, we asked for the person he had spoken with and were told he was not available, so we were assigned another person to help us. We explained the situation to him, and he then asked us to wait while he checked with one of the managers. At that point, it was already a huge red flag, and sure enough, a manager came over and told us that there were no Si models available to test drive, just to reserve for the future when something came in. So, our time and efforts were wasted on a BS salesperson who just wanted to drag us in for the bait and switch or dog and pony show. More

I've had both my Honda CRV service there for years. This service department is busy beyond belief. Today I had my transmitting, brake and engine oil all changed. Service told me it would take over 2 hours. 2 hours and 20 min later my car was ready. Just wish Honda would provide them with a updated map in a flash drive. Honda dealership does not and can not update maps for GPS in 2017 Honda CRV. Honda puts out flash drives to update other software in the car, but not for the GPS maps. More
