Had two terrible experiences at this dealership. In the most recent experience, they contacted me (without me prompting) with an opportunity to turn my 2021 Odyssey EX in a year early and get a 2023 In the most recent experience, they contacted me (without me prompting) with an opportunity to turn my 2021 Odyssey EX in a year early and get a 2023 Odyssey at the elite level for no money down and the same payment. They had one in black and one in silver available. Seemed like a no-brainer. However, I was told that in the 15 minutes it took for me to hang up the phone and drive to the dealership that BOTH of the cars had sold. I have bought a car from them in the past and you can't even get a cup of water from them in 15 minutes, let alone buy two cars. We talked with the sales person who showed us other Odysseys that were being delivered in the coming weeks then waited for a manager to come over. We proceeded to wait.... and wait... and wait. The manager then came over and gave us a completely different story about how the cars were sold the day before or never existed before giving us an offer that was in now way comparable to the original one. I guess they enjoy the old bait and switch. The most disconcerting part is how willing they are to waste people's time. When I purchased my first car there in 2020 they had me at the dealership for an entire day even though we had already agreed on all the terms, until I finally left and had to go back to pick up the car HOURS later. They do not value your time and they certainly are not honest or trustworthy. More
