The male loan and financial people were rude and dissembling. They do not portray trust. I was very uneasy and sure enough I was right. The put extra $5000. plus which I signed without knowing. It was so hard like pulling teeth. Blaming me talking rude to me. Never go there especially if you are a woman. Terrible experience. Would have rather had all my teeth pulled! More

The initial sales rep. (Letty) I was in contact with knew my urgency in finding a vehicle. Nevertheless, she failed to follow up with me and I haven’t heard from her since J (Letty) I was in contact with knew my urgency in finding a vehicle. Nevertheless, she failed to follow up with me and I haven’t heard from her since June 3rd. The new sale rep continued to solicit me to come in to the dealership and insisted that he give me a OTD price without me coming in. My overall experience wasn’t productive or pleasant. More
