THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Mr. Letty , their internet manager kept in touch with me for a few days and asked me if I can stop over the next day to see the cars that I was inte Mr. Letty , their internet manager kept in touch with me for a few days and asked me if I can stop over the next day to see the cars that I was interested in. she told me for sure that morning the cars will be there. I drove 50min to their dealer to find out that they sold both of them. I tried to get in contact with the owner and their GM but none of them were available to answer my question what happened and why the communication with the customers is so poor and why the message of sold cars is not passed to all the staff which shouldn't concern me but affected me since I lost 2 hours of my only day off. just a sad experience and for sure I will not step in that dealership EVER! VERY SAD FOR SUCH A BIG DEALERSHIP! More
