This was a great experience. Jacob Smith located the vehicle, called me, assisted with the application over the phone due to website issue. He quickly got a response from finance and told me the news. He had the documents overnighted for my signature and I returned the packet the following day. I arrived in Florida to get the car and it was cleaned and gassed up. All the people I met at my visit were very professional and friendly. This was a memorable experience.
