I came to Coral Springs Honda to buy my first car. My experience was very positive. I did some research beforehand on their website to find a few preowned cars with few miles on them. I loved the first one I drove, a 2019 Honda, small SUV-style. Eric was super helpful. He assured us that Hondas hold their value over the years and that this is a very safe car, one he would buy as his own daughter’s first car. He let us know honestly that the others I was looking at may be a little better on gas mileage, but this one was far safer. I am now happily driving my Honda! More

I've leased all of my Hondas through this dealership. I was not impressed with this experience. I did not like the fact that there were no cars to test drive, and I was not made aware of missing features I was not impressed with this experience. I did not like the fact that there were no cars to test drive, and I was not made aware of missing features on my new car that I had on my 2018 model (ex. Blind spot sensors, back seat air vents, reverse sound indicator, etc.) Once I purchased the car, no one took the time to set up or explain the car features. When I purchased my last car in 2018, the salesman explained and walked me through features like lane keep assist, following distance, and even my door locking preference. That really does make all the difference. More
