Please steer clear of Coral Springs Honda due to their deceptive tactics to get you in the showroom. After reviewing their website, I found a car I was interested in, called to dealership and spoke to deceptive tactics to get you in the showroom. After reviewing their website, I found a car I was interested in, called to dealership and spoke to Victor G., asking if the car was physically on the lot. His response after placing me on hold was, “we have 3 on the lot” and wanted to schedule an appt to view the car. I made the appt and drove 45 minutes to see the car, but upon meeting Victor G. I was immediately handed off to a sales rep who stated those cars in question were not on the lot but I wouldn’t like them anyway because I was tall and other on-site options were better for me. At this point I walked out and a person from Coral Springs Honda called me within 5 minutes stating, she was the “manager” and tried to talk me into coming back to the showroom. I obviously declined and stated I would never do business with them. Bottomline: the website is misleading, telephone sales reps are misleading and the customer should entertain buying a car they aren’t interested in. More

Very friendly place, the sales guy was very helpful and the finance lady was lovely, very thrust worthy. They are not after your money like many dealers.
