DO NOT LEASE A CAR FROM THEM! They are a scam! Our 3 year lease is up Sept 3. For past 5 months have been calling to pay off early and buy vehicle! Left about 30-40 messages to finance dept, finance Mgr and lease is up Sept 3. For past 5 months have been calling to pay off early and buy vehicle! Left about 30-40 messages to finance dept, finance Mgr and sales Mgr. Never received call back Went there this past Sunday! They added $799 fee + $449 fee at buyout when these fees were also paid at beginning of lease. Sales, sales Mgr couldn't explain these fees or show us where in lease this was listed. They finally got a very disrespectful finance guy who was rude and said they can add any fees they want when you buy the car from them. He started speaking Spanish to the sales Mgr and walked away. The GM came over and he was also clueless in what these fees were and told us the dealership makes money on both ends of the lease and isn't in contract. Just buyout price + tax and any fees. CORAL SPRINGS HONDA SUCKS! More
