Coral Springs Honda

I was disappointed in the sales negotiations. I brought in a CarMax quote on my trade-in and I was assured that they would honor that amount. However, during the repeated numbers being tossed around, I was in a CarMax quote on my trade-in and I was assured that they would honor that amount. However, during the repeated numbers being tossed around, I was given substantially less. My fault was that I did not know this until the negotiations were completed and the contract was signed. What made it even worst is that I am a senior citizen, a veteran and it was Memorial weekend. As always, let the buyer be aware and stay observant. It took a long time to get the car cleaned up because of being short staffed. The vehicle was not as clean as I would have expected. I also noted a small nick on the rear bumper and was assured that they had an individual that could fix this defect, however, I am still waiting for a date and time to have this repaired. I am a repeat customer to this dealership and will have to take this experience under consideration when I will purchase my next vehicle. More
