I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership—especially since this is my second time purchasing a vehicle from them. My first purchase was a “brand new” Nissan Altima, which already dealership—especially since this is my second time purchasing a vehicle from them. My first purchase was a “brand new” Nissan Altima, which already raised concerns because it did not have zero miles as expected. Unfortunately, my recent experience was even worse. I purchased a Honda CR-V for approximately $31,000–$35,000, expecting a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. However, the car did not have the Certified Pre-Owned sticker on the window at the time of sale. Five days after closing, I returned to address multiple issues—and what I found was unacceptable. The vehicle was filthy. There were visible body fluids on the windshield, including what appeared to be dried mucus. The seats were still dirty, and despite an attempt to clean the car, it was clearly not properly detailed. There was no windshield washer fluid in the vehicle at all. To this day, no one has followed up with me to schedule a proper detailing. Even more concerning, the car still had personal information from the previous owner inside the glove compartment, including their address, phone number, and registration details. There was also an old oil change sticker still on the vehicle. Now there is no updated information indicating when the next oil change is due, which makes me question whether the oil was actually changed or simply topped off. This raises serious concerns about whether the vehicle was properly inspected or truly qualifies as Certified Pre-Owned. When you spend over $30,000 on a vehicle, you expect professionalism, cleanliness, and transparency. None of those expectations were met. I will not be returning to this dealership, and I would not recommend it to others. More
