I waited 18 minutes for the rental car employee to arrive though they are to be open at 7am. I was there since 7:08am. Junior then arrives and then tried to make me wait again while he moves a car, I gave hi though they are to be open at 7am. I was there since 7:08am. Junior then arrives and then tried to make me wait again while he moves a car, I gave him a look and then he stated “okay, I’ll help you”. He then tells me they do not have any rental cars. By now I’m disgusted! Why not communicate that when appointments are made?! Then his supervisor David thinks I want to be shuttled over to Enterprise to rent a car without knowing even if they have a vehicle. This place pisses me off more and more! It wasn’t like I was renting the car for free, but for convenience so that I can get to and from work and take my son to school. The last time I was there to get tint placed in my new car in September 2020, a black service rep was hostile and threatening and he’s lucky I was alone or didn’t call the police. I dealt with Chris the service rep in September 2020 and got my old Honda checked out and was told if I buy a new car I would get the diagnostic fee I paid reimbursed. Well, it’s 1/7/2021 and I’m still waiting for my reimbursement, bought the new car as well. Madison and him have been giving me the complete runaround!!!! More
Jamal was great and worked very well with me to get exactly what i wanted. An amazing asset to have on your team. And was very thorough in explaining the process. Lisa our sales rep is amazing. She has gone above and beyond to meeting and e ceding our expectations. Carlos at financing was fundamental in making sure we understood the finance process.
