Coral Springs Honda

This review is meant as a piece of constructive criticism because I had an average experience that could have been better which was the opposite when I did purchased my first vehicle at this dealership. I was very disappointed with the delivery of the vehicle. The car was not detailed thoroughly enough and the mat on the driver's seat was missing. On the next day after I had already purchased the vehicle I noticed that there were some scratches and dents on the rear bumper of the car that I overlooked when I purchased it. I returned to the dealership the next day to try to have it repaired but I was told to "forget about it." the car was sold as it is. Then, i asked to speak to a manager at the dealership but I was told it was his day off also the internet person I first spoke I was told had a day off too. Aside from that, the purchasing process went smoothly. Alex, Nico, and Moe were very friendly and helpful. Except that I feel my complains were not addressed adequately nor I received a phone call about it. More
