I've never had such a bad experience at a dealership. The first time I went there they kept me there for over 2 hours before they would give me a price. The next time, we had already worked out the deal and first time I went there they kept me there for over 2 hours before they would give me a price. The next time, we had already worked out the deal and I had an appointment at 9am. I should have been in and out quickly but instead they made me sit in their dealership for HOURS. I didn't actually get the car until after 7pm that night. In the days of the cornonavirus, they should have told me it was going to be a while, let me go home, and then call me when the car was ready. Instead they kept telling me it "shouldn't be much longer." I don't think I'll be returning to that dealership since they clearly don't respect your time. More
