Been a repeat customer with Honda for 16 years. Upgraded to a Touring which is fantastic. My only issue would be the time it takes to complete the transaction. It is way too long. I was introduced to them by an amazing broker (Jeff) and the dealership did everything to meet my needs and wishes. They did not have a car in stock that met my specifications so they went out of their way to acquire it (matching color and all). When it came time to sign the paperwork, Andres had it all ready and Garfield walked me through everything. He was even thoughtful enough to teach me some of the new technology found in my Civic. I have already recommended them to several people. Thanks again and I love my car! More
