Trade In Deal I was called this week by the General manager to trade in. As a Widow and and older woman with no Male with me, I alerted the team by phone to not giv I was called this week by the General manager to trade in. As a Widow and and older woman with no Male with me, I alerted the team by phone to not give me problems should I come into the showroom...due to COVID19, I am not allowed to go out until necessary. The original price on the phone was $310...apprx with tax...that's all I wanted them to complete. In the showroom, another fellow came to me and upset me with saying the $310 was only the base...I was ready to walk out. The Finance guy was patient but obviously not understanding the Mind of a Widow...I wanted the entire process to be seamless..or my body would break and I would get sick in the showroom. That's what it is for an older woman to come into a showroom with all men at me, not understanding what a woman is or wants... I am not a man. I didn't want to have to need a man to negotiate on my behalf for a new car trade in deal. I missed my lunch, dinner and doctor's appointment and my appointment afterwards..the process took way too long because paperwork kept bouncing back to get the price right. I came home unwell, exhausted...my foods were all off and I got sick that night from the excessive stress. I would like to see that changed....and maybe you can reimburse me for 2 meals. More
