Amazing customer service!! We went in with no intention of purchasing a new car! I was set to leave the dealership with a used car and SUPER low payment. However, Moe and Farhan We went in with no intention of purchasing a new car! I was set to leave the dealership with a used car and SUPER low payment. However, Moe and Farhan worked with me to the best of their ability by providing me with a few options to work with. It turns out I ended up leaving with a 2020 Honda Civic!!! Moe and Farhan are the BEST!! They worked with me so patiently and efficiently. I will conduct all future business with them only!! More
we can not believe why so many problems in brand new car We purchased Honda Odyssey 2020 elite last Tuesday. This car has lots of problems. First, they said gas was MPG 22 (city 19 highway 28),our car is 13 We purchased Honda Odyssey 2020 elite last Tuesday. This car has lots of problems. First, they said gas was MPG 22 (city 19 highway 28),our car is 13 to 14. That is a very big difference from what was promised. Second, the front middle drawer is very hard to pull out. There is something wrong with it, the middle part bumps outwards and is not even. The bump blocked drawer, so each time I attempted to pull it out , it started leaving dents on the rubber cover. Third, there is a mini light in a drawer , that keeps on getting hotter, and I even burned my finger. The light was not warm it was BURNING hot. If there was a plastic bottle in the drawer, it might have melted the plastic. Next, the touch LED screen gets over heated. Only after driving for 5 minutes the screen gets hot. Also, after driving a rental car the HONDA 2020 Pilot we found out that the AC has problems too. The air at the lowest fan setting at 72 was not the same as the Pilot. My Odyssey didn't seem to vent out the same coolness as the pilot. Another horrible thing, was how HONDA kept all of the accessories until we asked. They gave me two wireless head phones And one entertainment system remote control.~After i asked....Who knows if they are keeping more of the items? Coral Springs Honda shouldn't sell problem cars to customers. If I experience new problems, I will update this review. It seems like I purchased trouble instead of a new car. Ever since I was little my family has been using HONDA. We have always believe Honda is number one. But now, no more. Why does a BRAND NEW car have problems, and how did the car pass the pre delivery test. I have no idea. I went to Coral Springs Honda today, they said they needed to do an 'inspection', and they have to send it to service to fix, and that is terrible. I brought a brand new car.Why in the world does it have to be fixed? I starting to believe that they sell bad quality cars at Coral Springs Honda. I can't believe it! I spent about 50k buying this car....ONLY to have it fixed? RIDICULOUS. Honda said no return , no exchange. Only fixing. So everyone, before you go there , think about more .They say its a new car, but it has so many problems that I think you would be better off with your old one. Update 01/2/20 I went to HONDA again today, I was supposed to make a appointment to get roof rails installed. I went to service only to be told that my rail installment was not in the system? They sent me to talk to the sales managers,which sent me to talk to my service advisor. who sent me back to the sales manager for a receipt?After being directed in 10 different directions I finally got to leave my car and wait for it to get installed. I think that it is troubling that honda does not give you the reciepts for installing. I recommend that any one who is installing items, go to talk to the workers and confirm and stress an appointment because they are very fast to say that it isn't in the system. Very dissatisfied and don't recommend that you purchase the HONDA 2020 elite Odyssey. More

He was patient with my decision making, able to answer every single question I had, and never once made me feel pressured to get a specific vehicle, style, or extra feature. This was my first new car experience and he was genuinely excited for me. I liked the deal so much on my vehicle, I decided to end my wife’s current lease and get her a vehicle on the same day so we would only ever have to deal with Coral Springs Honda/auto mall ever again. They didn’t have the color/feature combination I wanted on one of the vehicles, so they looked for it and had it at the dealership from another location within 3 hours! Thanks Farhan and Melanie! Fabio made the paperwork and finance easy to understand and it was handled faster than I would’ve thought possible. Vlad and Jorge in insurance helped me get my insurance updated and they actually ended up finding a deal for me that provided more coverage for nearly $200 less a month than my current carrier was quoting me for the new vehicles. Jorge is my insurance agent now. The GM came out and greeted me during the process and thanked me for choosing Coral Springs Honda which I thought was a nice touch. I even got a call a day later to ask if everything went well and to see if I had any unanswered questions. I only write reviews when I’m so thoroughly impressed or disappointed that I think other people need to hear some honesty - good or bad. I think I’ve written 5 Amazon reviews (3 good, 2 bad) and 2 yelp (1 each) over the past 10 years. I couldn’t give Coral Springs Honda a higher review. This experience secured my business going forward and anyone I run into looking for a vehicle will hear this same report. More
