He was reassuring and confident in the business and himself. He was also very proactive and let me know what he was doing each step of the way. The financial manager that assisted me was soooo patient as well. I even had 2 friends with me and let them wait outside, but he invited them into his office and answered all their questions too! He also reassured me that he was just presenting me with various options and did not goad me in the least. He was also comfortable enough to tell me his perspectives very objectively when I asked. Moe helped me get settled in my new vehicle and ensured I knew all the bells and whistles. He gave me his personal number as well. Even if I was only expecting to have a good day, Moe surpassed alllll my expectations and I tell everyone who asks about my new ride exactly where I got it and exactly who helped me. When I drove it home I realized what kind of car I had; I was very unhappy. The next morning I returned to the dealership and asked for my salesman and Mr. Damon. Neither was in. I was introduced to Steven Morales. I explained how I felt and he worked VERY HARD to satisfy me. He was able to get me into a car that satisfied my needs. If it were not for Mr. Morales hard work I would have returned the car and gone to another dealership. More
