It was a little lengthy but a very good experience The dealership was very accomodating. We discussed certified versus new and the salesperson helped me make a decision I am comfortable with. The finance department was a very easy going experience and I was very happy with the person handling our transaction. Not only did he bring in some humor to break up any possible tension but he clearly explained all the paperwork as well as helped us in obtaining a low interest rate. He also assisted in recovering money remaining on my previous maintenance agreement to use towards the new purchase. My wife also liked the free popcorn; I enjoyed the free coffee :D This time around (this is my 3rd vehicle in two years) there was a technician that went over all of the features in the car with us until we understood them. It was not a quick verbal rush but a much more slower paced explanation which helped. My wife actually used the electronic parking brake in the new car whereas she had no clue what it was in the old car. More
