He followed up with me and was professional and caring to ensure my needs were met. Mr. Nuny Montano was extremely great in providing facts about the option to purchase: Estimated finance with Honda has a score of 720, monthly payments would be $267 for 72 months - residual 1470.00, However, the Financial person at Coral Spring chose to use different options and chose to ignore my good payment activity with Honda. He thinks he is some kind of god meeting out what he wanted to determine for each situation. I think this is unfair and his intimidation is unprofessional. If Mr. Disla had not spent time and effort in helping me I would have walked away. I think this financing should be revisited using the facts provided by Mr. Montana. I have enjoyed courteous communication from staff at Honda and I don't thing that the unprofessional godlike attitude of the financial person should ruin good relationship of others at Honda.
