This was my first time getting a leased car and I went in being so nervous but that changed fast. As soon as I walked in from the first person to the last person it was absolutely perfect. I had the misfortune to visit the Coral springs auto dealership at 9400 w atlantic blvd on 04/08/24.The individual that served me this time by the name of Jonathan (John) Beaubrun he was without a doubt dealership at 9400 w atlantic blvd on 04/08/24.The individual that served me this time by the name of Jonathan (John) Beaubrun he was without a doubt completely obnoxious,unethical,and definitely,presented a lack of professionalism on his behalf.All in all,a lower-life,vulgar type of individual.His blatant lies by telling me things are going to break off if you don't change them.When i reached home,i read the manual all the things he was telling me is a total lies,simply to look good in front of his boss while abusing the customers.I have gone in there to simply purchase a car battery,i ended up spending $ 900.He not only abused me but he also abused Honda's corporation's image and i will make sure to write a letter to the Honda headquarters to let them know of his abusing behavior towards the customers.his conduct was by in large preposterous.When i advised him i was going to report him,he answered,they are not going to terminate him because of me.The last time i was at the dealership on December of 2023,i wrote a compliment letter regarding the two people that served me.To add insult to injury.he quoted me a price of $ 875.00 he fully agreed,after he counted the money 15 minutes later while he noticed i had more money on me he changed his mind he said nooo noo it has to be $ 900.00 not a penny less.While he was getting very agitated,as a regular customer of that location.I did not want to caused a scene there.i then quickly gave him the extra $ 25.00.To me,no words can describe his lack of credence.He gave me the feeling,not to ever go back at that location.As much as i would like to exchange my car for a newer model sooner rather than later.However his behavior tells me do not go back there because everyone else is the same.i wish i could sit here and write a positive review about Coral Springs just like i did the last time.In the contrary his conduct completely changed my mind.I most certainly,hope someone of authority will have the opportunity to read this negative review regarding Mr. Beaubrun and correct the problem accordingly.
