This dealer will try and bring you in solely with lies. I used their “Sell My Car” tool to see how much I would receive for my vehicle and was quoted $39,425. Shortly after Ibrahim Padilla a “Internet Mana I used their “Sell My Car” tool to see how much I would receive for my vehicle and was quoted $39,425. Shortly after Ibrahim Padilla a “Internet Manager” called me confirm that the amount is correct and that I can come in on Saturday to get the appraisal which may yield a higher amount. So I put in a request to see a 2023 Sportage SX Prestige in Wolf Gray/ Carmine red interior. Afterwards, Uriel Perez reached out to me with information on a Sportage EX… cool, probably an honest mistake. I told him for which vehicle I was interested in and he asked me for my trade in’s VIN number to get me the estimate. He comes back with $29,000.00. I advised him that Ibrahim told me $39,425.00 so how is there a $10,000.00 difference? He stops responding to my texts completely so I decide to call Ibrahim directly. I reached him again telling him what had happened and he assure me Uriel was incorrect and that the amount he gave me is untrue. He also said he would confirm with his manager and call me back. Some other rep called me of which I didn’t catch his name but he also assured me that the $39,425.00 is correct and they will let me know if the cars gets sold so I won’t have to drive there for no reason. After driving for an hour it turns out I was lied to by both Internet Manager and Re. They valued my car at $29,500.00. To top it all off the vehicle was lone gone, no surprise there. I would give negative starts if possible. Another shady dealer bringing you in with false promises. Buyer beware, take your business elsewhere. Complete waste of time. More
