I bought a used vehicle from kia and I had the deal with the manager Mark. He is a liar and not a man of his word. It was a worst car buying experience ever. I am driving with the nail on the side of the tire which he said it was just loosing air due to sitting on the land and that was a lie. He said vehicle has been serviced that was a lie. So buyers like I said ask you hat ever you need to ask and make sure it’s on the contract. And they do not stand behind they sale. No body even called for customer satisfaction even after we complain. Good luck More
