Manager on duty tried taking advantage of what he thought was my ignorance to the process. This is why dealerships have such a bad reputation. Just always trying get over on people. Very Sad. Then he blatantly lied and made the finance guy I worked with look like an incompetent person. I eventually got a rate I was happy with but the process and lies were unnecessary. Hi , I'm a Canadian snowbird , owner and resident 6 months here, and spending my money here...So I presented myself for a request concerning my 2 recalls on my 2015 Kia Soul at the Kia Coral Springs s months here, and spending my money here...So I presented myself for a request concerning my 2 recalls on my 2015 Kia Soul at the Kia Coral Springs service center. Major recalls for the engine. I had in hand an email from Kia Canada which authorized the service and assumed the costs, international agreement which exists between Canada and the USA. The man on duty served us roughly telling us he couldn't put our VIN into his software system and told us to go back to Canada to set these recalls ... We have 2800 miles to go for the return! The engine can die at any time on the highway ... Bravo! to Kia Coral Springs for their ideology on road safety! Make your own opinion for those who read this comment! D. Barre More
