I brought my 2020 Kia Sorento in because the electrical system was lighting up . Mike Puglisi, the Service Consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful. After listening to my concerns he said it may po system was lighting up . Mike Puglisi, the Service Consultant was very knowledgeable and helpful. After listening to my concerns he said it may possibly be a sensor but the mechanics would check everything and find the cause of the problem. Since the work would take approximately a few hours they gave me a voucher for a free breakfast which was very nice. The people at the dealership are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Mike Puglisi at Coral Springs Auto Mall in the Service Department. His thorough knowledge of Kia’s makes one feel at ease and his friendly demeanor makes you want to return to Coral Springs Auto Mall. More
