Revised review - Not Trust Worthy Salesman Dan Reiter greeted us really soon after arriving at the dealership. Dan seemed very pleasant but he LIED and was MISLEADING. 1 Month later I was unpleasantly surprised with a very large invoice for Wear on the vehicle I traded! The entire sales crew were very aware that we would NOT agree to any deal of that nature. We repeatedly told them we wanted them to take our trade "as is" and if that was not possible we would go elsewhere. Dan and the crew nodded in agreement and then did a "BAIT & SWITCH" and slipped a paper for me to sign - NEVER EXPLAINING THAT WAS WHAT I WAS SIGNING! At this point, Coral Springs Auto Mall Customer Service is of NO help. Buyer Beware! More

He was able to get me all the info I needed quickly and we were off on a test drive. Afterwards it was just a matter of picking the color. A short time later all the paperwork was done and I was on my way in my new car! There was no back and forth with all the price haggling I had experienced at other dealerships. The staff was friendly and the showroom was nice and clean. I would definitely recommend this dealer. More
