I had a very disappointing experience at Kia of Coral Springs. I initially spoke with Sales Manager Petri and we agreed on a price for a vehicle. Based on that agreement, I was asked to come into Springs. I initially spoke with Sales Manager Petri and we agreed on a price for a vehicle. Based on that agreement, I was asked to come into the dealership and meet with another manager, Essam. However, once I arrived, Essam completely changed the agreed-upon price. When I showed him the messages confirming the original deal, he still refused to honor it. This felt very unprofessional and misleading. My time was wasted making the trip based on a commitment that the dealership did not stand behind. Clear communication and honoring agreements are basic expectations in any business, especially when dealing with customers making major purchases. I would advise others to be cautious and get everything in writing and confirmed before visiting. More
