I know cars are hard to find nowadays, but try to avoid this dealership if you can. They try to be pleasant and helpful until you sign the contract, but once you do they will completely forget about you an this dealership if you can. They try to be pleasant and helpful until you sign the contract, but once you do they will completely forget about you and actually ignore you if you need assistance. I leased a vehicle and a few days later I needed confirmation on financing and car questions and after several calls and texts (they use a texting system) to the dealership, it was a mission to get a hold of anyone that could help me, especially the Finance Manager Eduardo. I had to leave him 3 messages in 4-day time span after he refused to take my calls. I even had co-worker leave a note on his desk asking to please call me and I never got a call back. No courtesy! I had to drive to the dealership to actually get his attention. Also, he was deceitful about the maintenance program that he sold me and when I asked him to cancel it, he said I would not be refunded the full amount because of the way Kia finances the maintenance program (which he and his supervisor Carlos were not too familiar with) and they said to reach out to Kia HQ directly and said pretty much, good luck with that! How unprofessional and lack of customer service! First of all this is a Kia Dealership and they represent Kia, don't send to contact Kia HQ. Also, if you are selling something, it is a good idea to be fully versed on how the calculation of such item works, don't send me to contact someone else for questions if you are the one selling me the program. I regret having dealt with this dealership. More
