Everything seemed fine until after the deal was done. I was promised weatherproof floor mats as part of the purchase agreement, but now they're refusing to provide them because I didn't give a "perfect" I was promised weatherproof floor mats as part of the purchase agreement, but now they're refusing to provide them because I didn't give a "perfect" survey score. To be clear, the survey was not part of any written agreement I signed, it was a verbal request to give the salesperson all 10s. I did provide high marks, but apparently, it wasn't "perfect" enough for them. Instead of honoring the deal, they're using the survey as an excuse to back out of providing something as small as $200 floor mats even though we signed an agreement. This behavior is petty, unprofessional, and a huge red flag for how they treat customers. A business that puts more value on a survey than honoring their commitments and signed agreements, is not one you can trust. Go to a dealership that respects their customers and stands by their word.
