Cons. Well 3 times in the last year they screwed me. 1st. Brought my truck in for warranty work they said it was covered. My transmission was not shifti Well 3 times in the last year they screwed me. 1st. Brought my truck in for warranty work they said it was covered. My transmission was not shifting right. Picked my truck up went home . Was at home 30 min came out side and big puddle under bumper. Brought it in and they said tranny Line was broken at the radiator. They just worked on it but I had to pay for it? 2nd Had a weird grinding noise. Brought in . Said my caliper stuck.and it's covered under warranty. But when I picked it up they replaced all brakes and turned all the Rogers. I ended up paying over 500.00 . 3rd I went in for a oile change. Guy showed me the bill & told me it was 222.00. I gave him my card he walked away to run it. Came back with a new bill and my card ran for 303.00. I asked him why it jumped so much and he just said that's how much it is. Told him you told me and showed me a price then you screw me. I will never go there again. More

8 th time customer screwed by management I have now bought 7 cars from cornerstone ford and 1 from cornerstone Kia so 8 over all I bought a truck from ford in November and traded it in April I have now bought 7 cars from cornerstone ford and 1 from cornerstone Kia so 8 over all I bought a truck from ford in November and traded it in April they wanted me to take a 7000 loss on it on a trade in it took a threat to call the owner to get them up to a 4300 loss I knew I would lose some money on this truck but not this much I could have made this deal at any ford dealer as a first time customer the salesmen was great it was management that insulted me if this is how they want to treat return customers why be loyal to them I have gone there 8 times because Wayne diets has always been fair to me and the dealership gave you a good feeling except this time they just treated me like a sucker I know they didn't force me to do the deal but I owed so much on the truck it made it real hard to get out of so my loyalties are in question right now as to weather or not it worth it to be a loyal customer More

After meeting with Rocky he found someone the would give us the loan for a 2014 mini van .I Was told I would need a co signer. I had my gf co sign. They asked what i needed for a payment. After all the paper work the payment was 130 higher then I wanted. But i didnt care i was driving a new vehicle. After driving it for a about 3 week i get a call and say I need to return yhr van because my gf DL was not vaild. Rocky said dont worry we fill figure it out that was the last Heard form Rocky and the dealer..I then tryed to get my down payment back. What a figjt thst was. When i went to pick up the check i was accused of keeping a key . Are you serious. I then became not to happy and told Rocky he was not a person that doesnt tell the truth. He the said out loud infront of employees and customers it was your bad credit not me. Un real Kara is so nice More
