Lots of mistakes with communication. First time ever. First it was the 12v battery and the aux battery. Then they said they replaced the battery but didn’t . Then ended up replacing First time ever. Had a appointment scheduled for 1:00. Did not leave until 3:40. They also did not have the oil filter for a vehicle they sell (i purchased there) so they needed to go get one.
