Terrible wait times for an appointment. Vehicle went in for repair and the shop had it for about two weeks. The repair completed included a partial engine repair that was causing the check Vehicle went in for repair and the shop had it for about two weeks. The repair completed included a partial engine repair that was causing the check engine light to be on. Upon picking up the vehicle it was immediately noted that the vehicle was running better but there was still some type of problem with the engine. About three days after picking up the vehicle the check engine light returned. The shop was contacted and immediately dismissed the issue being reported with the engine saying that the technician that worked on it has decades of experience. Had to wait almost two weeks for another appointment. This time the check engine light issue was diagnosed as a PCM issue. This repair was completed and the vehicle was picked up. Less than 24 hours later the check engine light was back on! All this while claiming they couldn't reproduce the issue being felt from the engine that was reported after the first repair. Definitely do not recommend having your vehicle repaired here. They even tried to force the recommendation of taking the vehicle to another repair shop after the first repair when it is so obviously something that should be covered under warranty because of the initial incorrect or incomplete diagnosis and repair. More

Lots of mistakes with communication. First time ever. First it was the 12v battery and the aux battery. Then they said they replaced the battery but didn’t . Then ended up replacing First time ever. Cortese had my jeep for a week just replace a 12 volt battery. More
