I was excited ro get my sunroof repaired, but was disappointed in the overall experience. Repair took 15 days. The first week was anticipated while I was out of town, but poor communication from se disappointed in the overall experience. Repair took 15 days. The first week was anticipated while I was out of town, but poor communication from service team left me frustrated as the process dragged on. No comunication from service manager when I reached out and was finally provided with a courtesy vehicle after day 11 in the shop. I do like the final repair, but if I had known it was going to be this difficult with regard to communication I would have gone with another dealership. Not happy with the process at all. I will certainly avoid them in the future. More

We didn't realize when we came in at ten o'clock with our vehicle that we would be spending the whole day there waiting for our vehicle to be serviced. Also during the six hours we were there no one came out vehicle that we would be spending the whole day there waiting for our vehicle to be serviced. Also during the six hours we were there no one came out to tell us the progress of the repairs other than they wouldn't be working on it during their one hour lunch break. If it wasn't for the 60 day dealer warranty we would not consider going back there for service. More

Brand new vehicle with 17000 miles and I have already had 3 things replaced on motor. Camshaft rockers and something with the intake .I was sold a lemon and then I ask for a complimentary oil change after al 3 things replaced on motor. Very pleased with my visit at Cortese last Tuesday the 3rd. I had made an appointment to have my tires alternated, to my mistake, my own doing I showed up a day early… My appointment was for the 4th.
