I arrived for a scheduled appointment and due to an error it wasn't in the system. The service crew not only got my car in for all of the service but they managed to get me into another vehicle for the day. it wasn't in the system. I've never experienced such blatant disregard for my needs or satisfaction from a business. Poor communication and lack of concern at every turn. The service superfailed to return my call.
