Was very worried on the cost of the needed repairs when I arrived. I had 11 codes stored and knew that the Jeep Cherokee was known for these codes. Worked with Mike when I arrived, I thought I would be told arrived. I had 11 codes stored and knew that the Jeep Cherokee was known for these codes. Worked with Mike when I arrived, I thought I would be told I needed a new transmission and would receive a 5,000 dollar bill, instead Mike explained that it needed a software update and a few other small items. I walked out spending 225.00 and was very pleased with the service from start to finish. Also, I highly recommend that you update the names of the service department employees. I only interacted with Mike who was outstanding throughout the visit however he is not listed below. Interestingly, there is only one employee's name listed for the Service department and I am sure you have a team, recognize the team it means something to them to see their names on these as well. I am more likely to complete a survey when I know I am rating the person who gave me the service. More
