On three occasions members of the sales team showed me that they shouldn’t be trusted, - Untrustworthy - lie about small items, or didn't deliver at all - Lack of empathy - no situational awareness - Unprofessional, - rude, unpleasant, customer service training is needed I believe Cortese is a good organization but it appears they have a few bad apples with poor values I only purchased the car because it was going to be almost impossible to find it somewhere else and because of Sales Manager. More
