Wish I had more detail I guess I had signed up for a service that I didnt need.. i thought I had signed up for an inspection which is usually $20 and I asked for a tire rota I guess I had signed up for a service that I didnt need.. i thought I had signed up for an inspection which is usually $20 and I asked for a tire rotation too. When it was time to cash out it was over $60.. i wish when checking in they had reviewed what services I was getting. I feel like I had unnecessary work done More

First started with service advisor Darren Vanorden treating me like FAMILY I purchased a 2019 f150 yesterday and I had an overall perfect experience. First started with service advisor Darren Vanorden treating me like FAMILY helping me LEFT AND RIGHT with my frustrations of auto problems with my old truck introduced me to Victor briefing him on what my needs and wants are who then me into his care... victor demonstrated clearly he listened and swiftly finds the 1 truck in the lot that had everything I asked for for the value and price caring that hes saving me money, he even played with my 8 month old little girl. He adapts to my hearing lost by texting me keeping in touch as he worked beyond the curtain on final checklist before taking delivery. The fianance manager Jeff cooper was cheerful happy again treated me and my daughter like family helping me step by step patiently explaining what every line on the paperwork meant which was a slow process between me and my deaf wife. Honest Inspection Took my car in for a routine NYS inspection and received honest feedback on it. It passed inspection without any additional repairs but I was informe Took my car in for a routine NYS inspection and received honest feedback on it. It passed inspection without any additional repairs but I was informed that my brakes will need replacement sometime during the next year. No pressure to replace them now was given. In fact they told me there was no urgent need to do so but to simply be aware of what to look for when the time does come. I have run across so many other repair shops that are looking for the quick buck during these required inspections that it was refreshing to hear an honest appraisal of the situation. The entire service staff was pleasant to deal with and the car was ready at the time promised to me. I won't go any other place in the future for any repair needs. More
