Be very careful when dealing with Joe Cavallario, he is the consummate sleazy car salesmen. The experience was terrible. At the end of my sale, instead of thanking me for the purchase, he came over very excited and said "We have something very special for you" then I asked him what it was and he said "The boss just told me after I deliver your car, we can go home early" - I was floored! Had I not just signed the bank note, I would have cancelled on the spot. After doing some research I found out the car had $3000.00 in consumer rebates which they did not give to me or even tell me about, but I am sure they kept them for themselves. Now I am going to sue them for the entire cost of the car because they fraudulently induced me to buy the car. Advice from someone that just went through the experience with Cortese and Joe Cavallario Go buy anywhere else... (more to come all over the Internet). More

I was not charged for the oil change and tire rotation(which didn’t happen), but had I not paid attention I would have paid for services that I did not receive . I was also told that the tires I had on my car “suck”, which I didn’t think was the best way to communicate with a customer. Anyway I’ve dealt with Keith over the phone in the past and nothing ever seems to improve. Whether it’s providing customers a ETA for completion of service or actually completing the services requested , the last 4 times I’ve had my car in , I ALWAYS HAVE A ISSUE. And that’s why we did buy another vehicle from Cortese . More

Oil change, tire rotation, inspection, and recall I had an oil change, tire rotation, NYS inspection, and recall all to be handled. They were able to do it all in a little over 40 minutes.
