They gave me way more than I expected for my f350, and of course they worked with us on our monthly payments. Dan, Mike and everyone else that took the time to stop and bs with us truly made us make the final decision on purchasing that same day. They set me in saying the car (I wanted) is not in the lot but we will bring to you by 2 days. I was made to sign the paper work and everything. After two days they said the car was sold by another sales person before they could get it to me. Ok now what! They said they will look the same car on more radius and get back to me. Waited for week, nothing. Lots of calls, miss calls and voice msg but nothing. The salesman was newbie, didn't knew anything what is happening. Then I had to go to them, talked to one of the manager and asked to order a new car from factory, the order was set in place I was told the car will arrive approx. by 3 months. 3 months passed, 4 months passed no car! Can you believe? At the end we were so tired of all the process, winter is now about to be over the car never made to us. And finally I gave up, my credit got unnecessary hit and the time got wasted for nothing. I will not deal with this dealer in my life and request you all to think before buying car from this place. More

What a Dealership I just finished purchasing my 4th vehicle from Bill Clifford. Out of all the other dealerships that I have purchased cars from. Sale of the titatium I got a great sale on a car I wasn't really going to get. My 7 year old Ford Focus was about to flip to 100000 miles so I stopped in and met Tommy. Great experience! I have been searching for the right truck for a long time. Since this was to be my first car, I wanted to make sure I knew what I wanted before I pul I have been searching for the right truck for a long time. Since this was to be my first car, I wanted to make sure I knew what I wanted before I pulled the trigger. I finally narrowed it down to either a blue or black extended or regular cab STX F-150. The first local dealership I went to was a little disappointing. When I walked in, the sales people were like swarming vultures ready to strike! They were more interested in trying to sell me something rather than serving my interests. When I went to go look at their inventory, they didn't have the truck I was looking for & they kept showing me trucks out of my price range. The next dealership was a little further away & I had an appointment this time for a certain truck. When I got there, I met with the person I had e-mailed & said, "I would like to see the truck I was interested in." He said, "Oh, that truck. That one just sold yesterday." I was like, "What! You got to be kidding me! I drove all this way through a snowstorm to see a truck that's already been sold!" So I left that place very disappointed. I later found out that my uncle worked at Cortese Ford/Lincoln. So I looked up their website & found that they had like a 4.9 dealership rating. When I got there, the sales person was very helpful & friendly & wasn't in my face. He accommodated all my needs & showed me all the trucks I was interested in. He took the time to go over all the specs. in the trucks & he let me test drive the different models to see which one best suited me. I found the right truck in no time &, thanks to Bill Clifford & Dave Savine for giving me an excellent experience. More
