My experience with Cortese Lincoln in Henrietta NY * * * * * A few years ago, I have purchased a used 2007 Lincoln MKX from Cortese Lincoln and recently went in for service. The time has come where I had to put some $ into the vehicle for items not covered under the warranty and I shared my frustration with Dino in the Service Department. I inquired about leasing and he called Bill over who answered my questions. We eventually made our way to his office and long story short, we made a deal. I entered into my first leasing experience for a 3 yr. term. I'm leasing a beautiful, slick gray 2014 Lincoln MKX. Bill was very knowledgeable, informative and clear on his communications. My experience with Bill was a positive one and I would definitely recommend him to asssit you in your search for a vehicle. More

We were very Lucky that Burt Lyon was the one that assisted my husband and I. Burt was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had and was very knowledgeable about the product of interest. He was very detailed, friendly and listened to us as a customer. He is a great salesman, with a wonderful sense of humor. He is an asset to Cortese Ford. When I have questions, Burt has been very quick to respond. If he says something, it gets done. The day of pick-up of our new vehicle, we were running about 30 mins late. Even though it was our fault for being late, the dealership didn't rush us through the delivery process. They took the time to go through everything with us. We were very pleased with the complete sale from start to finish. I was hesitant to purchase from a large dealership. But, I can say they did not treat us like a number, they were concerned with what we wanted and listened to our needs and wants. Thanks to Cortese Ford! More

Never going consider Cortese Ford ever! And you all should do the same! I went there to buy a family SUV for 2013 winter. They set me in saying the car (I wanted) is not in the lot but we wi And you all should do the same! I went there to buy a family SUV for 2013 winter. They set me in saying the car (I wanted) is not in the lot but we will bring to you by 2 days. I was made to sign the paper work and everything. After two days they said the car was sold by another sales person before they could get it to me. Ok now what! They said they will look the same car on more radius and get back to me. Waited for week, nothing. Lots of calls, miss calls and voice msg but nothing. The salesman was newbie, didn't knew anything what is happening. Then I had to go to them, talked to one of the manager and asked to order a new car from factory, the order was set in place I was told the car will arrive approx. by 3 months. 3 months passed, 4 months passed no car! Can you believe? At the end we were so tired of all the process, winter is now about to be over the car never made to us. And finally I gave up, my credit got unnecessary hit and the time got wasted for nothing. I will not deal with this dealer in my life and request you all to think before buying car from this place. More

What a Dealership I just finished purchasing my 4th vehicle from Bill Clifford. Out of all the other dealerships that I have purchased cars from. Not one works with you like the personel from Cortese. The Lincoln Line is in my opinion one of the best on the market and gets under rated on the reviews.
