After past issues we had we were tentative to come back. Our son's car (which we purcahsed at this location last February) was up for inspection. I called and made an appointment with Ed Smith. When he called to explain what the issue was he let us know the concern was covered under warranty and the car would be ready by Monday. Picked up the car, Ed explained we would have to drive the car around and come back to have our sticker placed on it. He was patient, thorough and friendly. Purchase date dec19/13 deal signed, they LOST money as said by Larry Used Car Manager for GMC Acadia $23,980 processed as $23,989. Negotiated extra programmed remote not there on Jan6/14 when picked up, said by Larry Used Car Manager for GMC Acadia $23,980 processed as $23,989. Negotiated extra programmed remote not there on Jan6/14 when picked up, they issued check for programming of $49.85to Doan Chevrolet in Spencerport NY but for remote had to pay $140.70. Reimbursement took 2 faxes, 2 phone calls, 2 emails and 1 letter, finally received Feb 6/14. Dan the sales person stated he would follow up on this but never contacted me I had to call Maria at customer relations to investigate and she got it done....Dan stated a172 point check was performed on vehicle, but they neglected to check fluid levels such as engine coolant down 1 quart, wiper washer fluid down and to top it off night of storm when NY Thruway closed, fog lights not working, and air filter never changed dirty dirty dirty, have not checked cabin filter yet but believe this to be neglected too. Arrived at dealership Jan 6/14at 11:30 finally left at 4:30 and it took an extra hour and a half to get remote programmed. I do not recommend this dealership dealership, make promises but not worth anything.... More

IN DECEMBER OF 2013 I DECIDED TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL VEHICLE AND FELT THAT THE CORTESE EXPERIENCE WAS S AND WE WORKED WITH ANDREA ON THAT TRANSACTION. IN DECEMBER OF 2013 I DECIDED TO ADD AN ADDITIONAL VEHICLE AND FELT THAT THE CORTESE EXPERIENCE WAS SO POSITIVE AND EASY GOING THAT I WOULD CHECK IN WITH ANDREA AGAIN. SO NOW I LEASED ANOTHER VEHICLE A 2013 FORD EXPLORER LIMITED AND IT WAS AN EVEN EASIER AND AWESOME EXPERIENCE THAN THE FIRST GREAT EXPERIENCE. IN FACT THIS SECOND TRANSACTION WAS DONE COMPLETELY ONLINE AND VIA EMAIL WITH ANDREA. I DIDN'T EVEN SEE THE VEHICLE IN PERSON UNTIL THE DAY I CAME TO PICK IT UP. WE'VE BEEN BACK FOR ROUTINE SERVICE ON THE ESCAPE AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS EXCELLENT AS WELL. I TOLD A CO-WORKER ABOUT THEM AND WITHIN A WEEK THEY BOUGHT A CAR FROM CORTESE FORD AS WELL. AS I DID THEN, I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE CORTESE AUTO BLOCK TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A NEW OR USED VEHICLE! More
