Was very disapointed, i dropped my sons car off, was called rather quickly that he needed brakes-( pads, routers, calibers the whole works). He just purchased this car from you in February. I asked Dino not to do anything and I would call him back. After speaking with multiple people at work I called Dino back and told him that I was going to take the car for another opinion. He asked why and I explained because the price seemed to high. Within minutes the price dropped to $704. I had you do the car but felt taken advantage of and will not be bringing our cars back again. I, who knows nothing about cars need to know that you my dealership is being completely honest with me. When I asked Dino why the difference in price so easily, he said because he was giving us the top quality equipment and that now he was giving us the manufacturers brand. If that was the case why would you not give me the option of top quality or "generic" brand? Over the last 10 yrs our family have purchased 6 cars from you, and within the next two years both myself and my husband will be ready for another. I dont feel confident anymore going to a place that I cannot feel 100% I am getting the best information and an honest deal for me? More
Bill was very accommodating, and worked with in the evening, after his shift, just to be sure we would be happy with the deal and car we were getting. I was hesitant to downgrade from my MKZ trade in, to a Fusion SE, so Bill helped us look at all available vehicles to get the features I really wanted. There was a lot of back and forth that night on the phone, with Bill doing some research from home, and we ended up deciding on a fully loaded Titanium. I love my new Fusion, and I'm excited to drive it. Everyone else I encountered at Cortese was welcoming and friendly also. It is a great dealership! Thank you. More
Loved Tim May. He was very helpful. I was not haggled over price. I was talked up $400 for the mandatory paint protection apllied on the car because it was on the lot over 40 days. Since that was the difference between invoice and the price I payed, I'm not that annoyed. On the other hand, the finance lady was the only issue I took issue with. She pushed the warranty which I had to decline 3 times and she stated on two occasions that I couldn't pay off my Ford Credit account until after my third month.I called Ford Credit and they stated that its not true. I can pay it off any time. Ford credit is noting it on their records. They also didn't know all the available rebates available at the time. Could be more knowledgable . More

She showed us many trucks, and sat with us for a long time, showing us different options. She never pressured us nor made us feel unwanted.
