Tim was well informed and not intense. It was a comfortable experience dealing with Tim who let me and my wife come together on a car we would be happy with. The price was very reasonable and all of the stress with buying a new(er) vehicle never entered my mind. Every visit to Cortese every employee, even the service guys, say hello!
