On 8/23/12, I went online to look for a 2012 Jeep Liberty at Cortese Auto Group. I found a vehicle and called the online number and spoke to Michelle Scott who in turn set me up an appointment with David Hi at Cortese Auto Group. When I arrived at the appointment, the vehicle was set up and ready for a test drive. I drove the car and then met with David to try and make a deal to purchase. I have to admit I was a little uneasy at first, not because of David, but because of the two bad experiences I had at different dealerships earlier in the week. David is professional, knowledgeable, pleasant and extremely helpful in all aspects of the deal making process. He almost immediately puts you at ease with his "lay back" demeanor and does not apply any pressure. I drove out of the lot with my new 2012 Jeep Liberty on 8/30/12 and all I can say is that if the service after the deal is as good as the service during the deal.....I will be having a long, happy relationship with David and the Cortese Auto Group. He does not hesitate to answer any questions. His work area is always neat, clean and welcoming. If he sensed that I was not certain about an area of the contract, he would take the time to go over those areas with me. He has a pleasant disposition which also allowed the process to flow smoothly. After the purchased, I had some questions regarding some numbers on the contract. I telephoned him and left a message. He returned the call promptly, answered all of my questions satisfactorily. My overall experience in purchasing this Lease Agreement for my 2012 Fusion was Superb.
